The good thing about today is that it is Wednesday, and not Tuesday or Monday… and therefore can’t be all black … Β Wishing to be somewhere far away now, away from this scorching hot town, up in the mountains where the air may be thinner, and I may feel dizzier, but my spirits would be free.
When you recall scenes from the past, do you see them in colour or black and white?
You will be reaSy or reaDy? π Hmmm, a swim in ice cold lake with a black drake would certainly make my Wednesday black π
P.S.The term “Black Wednesday” was coined one Wednesday years ago when Britain crashed out of the exchange rate mechanism.
‘hahaha’ “s” and “d” close up when one write… ‘hahaha’
‘hahaha’ – sometimes I may be easy or was it eady… ‘hahaha’
Historically, there have been both black mondays, tuesdays black, black friday, black sundays and so on – in the very very old days in Denmark were a half holiday called white tuesday and the monday after their confirmation children in Denmark have blue monday (free day) … π
Liked the title but never heard about black Wednesday.
Just love the picture. Snow clad mountain and specially the mountains merging with the clouds π
Thats awesome
what is interesting is how color varies between black and white… and i wonder if whole universe was black and white than we may not be able to think about colors
π It has certainly changed my way of looking at my photographs and editing… there is so much more detail to be noticed. Thank you so much Arindam π
Wishing to be far away… yes, sigh! This music you’ve chosen empasizes that so very well, Paula, The beautiful black and white photo just adds to the whole, my thanks for the visual and sound. They are so wonderful together. I must not be so tardy about coming here I always enjoy my visits so much dear friend, warmest wishes to you this day, Penny
Thank you my dear Penny.. we all do what we can and when we can.. I am happy to see you here when you can make it, no rush dear π It is rewarding for me to know you have liked it and found inspiration here. x
