What a stunning shot Paula and the B&W effects showcases the architecture and sky so well. Love it and the music. Thanks for sharing and have a great day. π β₯ Big Hugs β₯
I agree, stratus clouds are usually very difficult to work with because they seldom reveal detail but Paula’s captured enough deliineation here to complement the architecture and street in parallel perspective.
Thank you, dear Colline. I have been (and still am) absent most of the time here. I hope to catch up with you soon when I come back from London (we are leaving on the 1st of May)
Very nice photo Paula. I recognize it because we’ve talked about the graffiti there in a previous post.
I wish I could post something, but I have to pack now: it’s off to Germany and Poland for a short visit tomorrow (work related).
Exciting atmosphere in the photo, very well captured… π
Don’t know why, but when I see photos from this kind of environment, so I am always looking for pigeons in the photo – holds especially an eye on the balconies – by the way is there peace and tranquility on your balcony ..? … π π
Yes there are some – saw some at Liverpool Street Station last week – I guess they had missed their train, because they were waiting besides a bench… π

A brilliant photo Paula, dramatic, haunting, mysterious, almost post-apocalyptic (thinking of the film On The Beach) π
