Black & White Sunday: Timeless

“True beauty grips your gut and squeezes your lungs, and makes you see with utmost clarity exactly what is before you.

True wisdom then steps in, to interpret, illuminate, and form a life-altering insight.”

  1. stunning- I love the quote and the photo has so many elements that I just love. Sky, water, a definite timeless feel. Beautiful Paula

      • I was there in 1983. I remember being on a bus and seeing the Coliseum come into view- it was like an out of body experience- seeing it “for real”. It was a wonderful trip- Rome, Venice Florence and 2 hours in Milan to see The Last Supper, and then back on a train to Paris!

  2. I am so thankful and blessed by your photos and others who share their amazing world with us. This picture is an example of a of place I will more than likely never see but yet I get to look into window of another world through it.

Thanks for sharing and maybe I can come up something, we will see.

  3. Wonderfully soothing music too 🙂 🙂 Mick always has the radio on and it was a Billy Joel, so I waited for him to finish so I could come back and listen. Hugs!

  4. What a great quote to accompany this amazing shot and view Paula. The sweet, music sounds complete it. I love it. ♥

  15. You make such demands on my brain with a theme, a quote, and music. And of course, your own photo humbles me.

I don’t know whether I’ve achieved a life-altering insight, although my grandchildren have certainly altered my life, and thinking about them provides insight into the trajectory of my own life and the things that are important in it. Here’s the result of my cogitations on “timeless”.

  19. The infinity of the Skies. The majesty of the castle. The simplicity of the stone bridge. All of them are limitless and timeless. There is grandeur and beauty projected in all vectors and dimensions.
