Black & White Sunday: Size
Are you impressed by size?
Size is a feature we are rarely indifferent to. We tend to ignore small people and things and gaze wide-eyed at the giants of this world.
Here is an example for you to muse on: Michelangelo’s David (in this case a replica) with unusually emphasized parts of his body and others that are disturbingly neglected.
There you have a theme that is fairly easy to interpret in a photograph. Show me what you’ve got in terms of sizes. You have time until next Saturday.

Perspective is really important, but David here really has big hands and small genitalia and my perspective only emphasized that 🙂
