It’s time for another Pick a Word theme. As usual you have a choice of five words for this photo challenge, and you can pick any of them, some of them or all. I hope you will inspiration in this post.
Splendid shots, Paula. Condensed particularly caught my eye though – condensed spatially, vista-wise and the depth of colours. Also sempiternal is a very mystical sounding word. I must go and ponder on it 🙂
I love your photos Paula. The cormorants or shags are lovely, the feel of the water gushing over me is wonderful in the last one. I love Burano too. Hopefully I’ll be back with my selections for my all time favourite photo challenge.

I have some ideas for a couple already. I shall take time. I may be away from my computer for a few days so I want to get my ideas to you. I have been wating for your challenge Paula 🙂
Many years since I was on Burano. Still colourful, I see. 🙂 🙂 Goes well with the lively music. I cheated and visited Tish for a definition of my favourite of your photos. I think I’d like Slunj. Take care, darlin.
Paula all of your choices are beautiful- so vibrant. I love the Cormorants, the detail in their feathers. I would love to walk through your condensed passageway- I’ll be back…
Good day Paula…your blog came up in my reader today. A lovely surprise. Hope life is colored with love and joy. I love your long-exposure image…the colors and milky water are amazing. Thank you for introducing me to sempiternal.
Great words, great images! I love your centred view down a Burano street – gorgeous! And such beauty from Slunj.
And sempiternal is fantastic – I had to check its meaning. Very interesting that it is so similar to eternal in both sound and meaning but the 2 words have different roots. Language is always fascinating
Hello my dear. We are currently on the road and unfortunately my poor internet is not loading your photos. I did want to say hello and hoping all is going well for you. Xo
The images are marvelous. I especially like condensed and coalesced. As usual you set the bar high!

These are wonderful. The first one is my favourite. So soothing, and the colours are perfect. The windsurfers add that little extra.
