There is something about Vicenza that makes one want to keep it a secret and preserve it from hoards of tourists that can be seen in large numbers in other cities in the area such as famous Verona. I have long wanted to go there, and it is odd that my trip had waited so long considering that it is only about 4 and a half hours drive from my home.
Bathed in gold, on a warm summer’s night Vicenza was a welcoming, inspiring and enchanting place to discover.
