It’s for the Thanksgiving. Since half of the people will be gone, we do the ‘celebration’ today. BBQ brisket, ham, veggies, potato salad, chips, cake… We’re off on Thursday and Friday.

Lovely raspberry….promising handfuls more 🙂
They grow here in Scotland in profusion….to many for us to use in my parents garden despite freezing, and jam making…..and of course eating fresh!
My favourite raspberry dish is cranachan….raspberries, cream and whiskey soaked oat flakes…so yummy!
