MONDAY IN BELLAGIO

This Monday my holiday reminiscence is of beautiful Bellagio on Lake Como in Italy. This time of year summer seems to be too far away….

      1. Yeah one of my “oldest” and best friends (known each other since we started school together as two nice well-behaved boys) he has “scored over ability” and has since he was 22 lived in this area all because of a local dark-haired beauty – actually the reason why I understand the Italian language… 🙂 🙂 😉

        1. Wait a minute … a friend living in Italy – understandable, a dark-haired beauty even more so, but you a well-behaved boy???!!??? 😉

  14. Wow! The Pearl of the Lake.
I’m going back in April and I can’t wait to walk those narrow cobbled streets, and drink a beer in the sports bar.
    Thanks for brightening my Monday.

  22. Lake Como must be one huge lake….like an inland sea, like one of our Great Lakes here in the US. So very beautiful photo, Paula!

    1. I have just compared the info of Great Lakes with Como. Como lake is much smaller with a surface area of 146 km 2 🙂 I am happy you like the pic Annie. I know you liked the movie 😀

      1. Thank you for the update, Paula. 90 square miles is still fairly large. And so many towns and villages around the lake. The more I learn about Lake Como the more fascinating it is to me.
