  1. Pineapple? I love shots that make something strange by focusing on a part. And black and white somehow amplifies strangeness.

I’ve just started resurrecting my old 3 megapixel camera which took wonderful closeups. I need it for spring flowers, but I can see it might be good for other things too.

    • Macro photography fascinates me. I need to get better, and can’t afford the equipment I’d like to, but still I will keep taking macro shots and posting them. Thanks a lot, Harrie.

  2. Oeuf course ! L’ananas !!! πŸ™‚ Bugger me: you caught up with me, slob that I am. Now, which to post to ? – mebbe Thursday’s today and then today’s tomorrow, eh ? :-\

  10. very cool macro of the pineapple – and I like your challenge – I am going to try and join in sometime in October – in the meantime I will enjoy the posts that are going around. πŸ™‚ peace

      • You are so right! I had some yesterday for the first time in months and though the same thing! It was on a dark bread sandwich with goat cheese, honey, thick crispy bacon and tiny pieces of red pepper and diced chicken. All on one sandwich! Boy was it good!
