Thank you very much for letting me know. I have just finished my chat with one of them. How did it happen? Did they tell you? How long did it take to resolve the issue?
First I contacted wp support who referred me to askimet, the spam filter. It took them about a week and two or three mails passed between us. I was in spam a couple of weeks before I even realized it.
Thanks Paula, I rarely check there but some of yours, Jo’s and Sylvia’s were there. I think WordPress has gone a bit loopy, the reader has changed and it’s awful!
Hope it is now sorted for you . . I know it has been happening lots for some people. I think they are beginning to get on top of it as I have not had in my Spam folder any non-spam for about 4 days now, but I’m going to continue to keep a close eye on the folder just in case!
