THURSDAY’S SPECIAL: PICK A WORD -MARCH 2021

March came sooner than I thought it would, but still I managed to come up with the challenge post. This month the words are quite ordinary, I think, but you’ll be the judge.

Here are the words:

BUFFET

EQUINE

GLEAMING

JAGGED

LACUSTRINE

buffet
equine
gleaming
jagged
lacustrine

For those that are new to this photo challenge: you can pick one or more of the provided five words and illustrate them in your photos, or you can also do all five.

Image info:

#1 Buffet was found somewhere in Brittany

#2 Beautiful pair found by the Lago d’Iseo ages ago

#3 Venezia of course

#4 Cabo da Roca, Portugal

#5 Lacustrine belongs to beautiful Lago di Cornine in Friuli, Italy

  2. Dear Paula,
we think like Sue that’s an interesting selection. We thought about it, except for the first picture all the other are from southern Europe.

  4. Your Venice shots are always beautiful, Paula, and this is no exception. 🙂 🙂 So many lovely, rocky shorelines here, but I know I’m biased, and that finale is fabulous. I’m not familiar with the word but the colours are magical. Have a good rest of the month, hon!

  6. As always – wonderful. And Jo is quite right – your shots from Venice are wondrous. I’ve tried something a bit different this time. Not quite sure if it succeeded. But – for what it is worth.
