  1. Excellent! Putting the person in the frame to give a sense of scale is perfect. You did a very good job capturing such a beautiful scene!

    • 😀 I did not put him in there, the bugger was there and I was waiting for ages for him to go away :D, but he wouldn’t 😛

      • I’m like you. I know it’s a good idea to have someone in the photograph to show the scale of a place like this, but I would have been less than thrilled if he was in my photo too. Since he appears to be holding a camera, I bet he was hoping you would get out of the way too 🙂

  3. Just gorgeous Paula! I hate humans in my frame too, but realise now that they do add to the whole 🙂

    • This is Braies (Lago di Braies) in Northern Italy, close to the border with Austria 🙂 I am glad you are smitten with it as I am. It happend that I saw a photo of it on Flick or some other site years ago, and I immediately decided it would be my next holiday destination and it happens that I visited it twice since then 🙂

  4. I can live here forever . What a beautiful, calm, breathtaking place. I wish I can see more of these gifts of nature in real life. Perhaps it will give me the reflections I need to find answers. Thanks.
