A Word a Week Challenge: Music

While exploring Rome some months ago I stumbled upon an odd place situated in the park overlooking Piazza del Popolo. It was a sort of a tented restaurant with quaint charm to it, decorated with many not related artifacts and other decorative objects. There it was hanging against a window, an original Led Zeppelin guitar signed by the band members.

Please find attached their best known hit, and one of my favourite songs ever….

  4. Nice find Paula, but I’m sorry to say I can not and will not listen to that song. It is one of the most overplayed songs on the radio. It is one of those good songs that I simply can’t stand hearing because it is played so often. I can’t change the radio station fast enough whenever it comes on. 😀

Not so classy but I used to like going to Hard Rock Cafes with my son, not so much to eat as to see what was hanging on the walls. (or ceiling)

        1. I’ve never been to Cortona, but there are so many places worth visiting in Italy… if you go to Rome which is a long trip to you, try to go to Pompeii and Amalfi coast…..

But it’s the flight … I need to get some kind of bag for it, in order to check it in… I dunno…

                    1. Please don’t let this ruin your fun.. I almost went through a gyneco check for fighting with a nasty German security officer and I only fought cause our connecting flight to Italy was delayed and we almost missed the whole thing… Long story short, I have never run that hard in years on never ending Munich airport terminals.

How I hate when you have to run like that! Had to do that on London Heathrow once … it’s so scary — the thought of missing the flight, and I’m not in any good condition for that kind I’d races LOL
