Hey, Paula. That rainbow’s almost touching the ground. Nicely photographed. And where was it taken?
Hello Tom :). It was a rare one and the closest one I had ever seen 🙂 I took it at Lech am Arlberg in Austria, close to the border with Germany 🙂
Beautifully captured Paula, and an excellent interpretation of the theme! BUT, the real question is, at which end of the rainbow is the pot of gold hidden, and did you find it? 😉
My guess was it was at its southern end, but as I was heading southward through wet, slippery grass it disappeared :O. Thank you Jeff 🙂
Stunning photo. You were so lucky to capture it.
🙂 You are right, Colline, and it was about time after chasing them my whole life 😀
Gorgeous rainbow, brightens and dull day.Jalal
Have a great weekend Jalal 🙂
Wow! What a fantastic capture! I love it. 😀
🙂 Thank you Jackie 🙂
Lucky you to be so close…!!1 🙂 Great capture and a fine Interpretation of the theme, quite you! 🙂
Takk 🙂 ❤
What a cool way to interpret the sign, Paula! Blew me away…
wow, what a clear rainbow – and did you look at the rainbow`s end for a pot full of gold?
A great sign from above, indeed.
Enjoy the weekend
Hugs & Love from the sunny Norfolk coast
Hello Klausbernd 🙂 Yes, I did.. I was chasing it and a pot of gold, but somebody beat me to it ;). Hugs and gratitude, P.
Very nicely captured Paula. I have a couple of rainbow shots, but only one that’s good: I had to turn the photo into a panorama to make it fit the picture. It was a tiny nightmare to post process, because I shot handheld.
🙂 You must be too critical to yourself 🙂 I do 99% of my shots handheld, but then again my pics can’t compare with yours.. I will be happy to see your rainbow panorama Max 🙂

It is said that there end of the rainbow is a chest full of gold – I know this area and didn’t know there was a chest of gold behind that building – very well captured… 🙂
😆 well, my friend, you should come back now that I showed you the exact location 😉
Great shot, Paula, and the Blackmore’s Rainbow song selection is inspired!
Hey Stephen, I am happy you like the song and the rainbow too 🙂
Really nice photo! Not often do we get such a great shot of a rainbow.
Nope, not often … once in a lifetime perhaps :D. Thank you, Angeline 🙂
