This is the only self-portrait I have and it is five years old.

P.S. I was very surprised to find myself on the list of Best Photo Blogs poll. Β

Though I know I don’t deserve to be among the best, I am sincerely thankful to everybody who cast a vote for me.

        • One can rarely take a spontaneous photo of oneself. Luckily I have hubby for that. Anyway, I don’t find myself a fascinating subject to photograph.

          • Even though I am a photographer, its not rubbed off on my wife, I asked her to video the Olympic flame when it past through my town, while I photographed it,…..there were more video of the road than the flame. πŸ™‚

              • Sports are boring. I didn’t even knew that it was supposed to be the olympics, but I watched something on TV and then it said “12 days until the olympic starts”. My wife thought it was in Brazil.

                Nice self-portrait by the way.

          • Agree with you, rarely they will be spontaneous and spontaneous photos (in my eyes) are probably the best – when this is said, so this photo here is absolutly wonderful – have said it before, your eyes, they alone are a photo worth – the eyes are always the first thing I notice about other people (even on girls) they tell so much – I have a very good friend who was born blind, he asked me what I saw in his eyes and I said, “Your black humor”… πŸ™‚
