it looks like you could touch those clouds. great pic
Yes, it feels and felt that way 🙂 Thank you for the compliment. It is a really exciting landscape and a country to visit.
That’s what I was thinking.
😀 🙂 Very happy to hear that, Allan.
Che foto! Sole, ombra, neve, cielo …. E nubi! Spettacolare la luce in primo piano!
🙂 la luce de Corsica e sempre conme. Grazie Anna.
I love all the different layers of horizon, Paula. A very beautiful photo.
Thank you very much, Tish. Corsica is beautiful, its landscape is the most inspiring I have ever had pleasure to see.

I love how the sun light comes through the clouds and illuminates the hill in this shot Paula. Beautiful scene.
Thanks. As of this morning I am not able to access notifications on my site!!! I can’t read comments via notifications and I can’t access others replies which I can’t read either, by clicking on their links as they are unavailable to me. I have to locate the people and try to find their comments/replies on their blogs. I cleared all cache, but it did not help. This is very frustrating, almost makes me want to give up all this shit.
Sounds like some weird technical error… I have no idea what it could be or how it can be fixed, so I can’t help.
It seems to be working now 😀
That’s good to hear, it’s extremely annoying with technical problems.
Wow awesome view!
🙂 Yes, it is.
Barren but beautiful
To me barren often is beautiful 😀 Thank you 🙂
I like the emptiness one sees above the tree line in the high countries. You are aware that there is so much life there, it is just hidden from view.
🙂 beautifully said
whoa !! I am open -mouthed, spellbound ! ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
Shame cause it is a long way from where you are 😀
Now there’s a killer view for you!!
It didn’t kill me 😉 Thanks, Jeff 🙂
Fascinating landscape absolutly worth visiting – people owe themselves at least once to do it, and the wild corsicans aren’t so dangerous so it does matter… 😀
Once was not enough for me 🙂
One more visit wouldn’t do any help – I been there “tons” of times and not have enough yet… 😀
Wow! Great picture! 🙂
🙂 Thank you very much!
Corsica again. Simply beautiful.
🙂 Did I say Corsica? You guessed right, Draco 🙂
Very calming after the last photo.
😀 Yes, you’ll see a variety here 😀 Thank you kindly, Hilary.
The beauty in solitude. Well done Paula!
Stunning landscape, Paula. Lovely Friday music. It sounds like a love song. Happy weekend to you. xx
Hello precious 🙂 Yes, Corsican people are in love with their land and it can be called a love song :D. Happy weekend! xx
♥ ♥ ♥ You too. 🙂
I like how the mountains in the background are looking at the wanna be mountain in the shade of the cloud. Lovely.
😀 thank you, Sue!
And a wonderful sky and cloudscape and cloud-shadow-scape too.
All things seem to conspire to drive me back to my Australian barren beauty in Broken Hill this last week, but the next six months are divided between Queensland (3 times) and Warsaw (twice). You’ll have to give me more Corsica!
A beautiful scene, P)
What a stunning view and you’ve captured it beautifully Paula. Love it! 😀 ♥
🙂 Thank you, Sophia. You would like it there…. one can really enjoy solitude and diverse landscape on Corsica ❤
Oh, I am sure I would Paula. For now I am thankful that you live there and I can see through your beautiful eyes. 😀 ❤
I wish I lived there, but no. I live in Croatia.
Well, then I am thankful that you were there so I could do some virtual travelling. 😆
Stunning shot! Great POV.
🙂 You know how much I value your opinion Uday 🙂 Thank you.
Wild beauty! I love the cloud shadows drifting across the mountains 🙂
Corsica is a paradise for lovers of untamed and unspoiled nature 😀
Where is this image taken? It’s a beautiful landscape photo, very well done
On the gorgeous island of Corsica – my dreamscape 😀
I just looked at some photo’s and it looks like paradise! It certainly looks like a great spot for landscape photography
Yes, and not just landscape. In my menu under “travel” you find sub-category Corsica. I was there last week in September last year at 29 Celsius 🙂 Heaven!
I will have a look at your other photos. It will be about 6 months before we get up to 29 Celsius here.
Ti invidio questa stupenda visione 🙂
😀 Capisco. E a Corsica. Deve andare….
That’s gorgeous Paula! the shadow cast by the clouds add depth to the shot.
Great landscape image… we could feel the vastness of the land here… great to have this cloud cover right there at the perfect place 🙂
Looks like a landscape I digitally rendered in Terragen.
I had to Google Terragen. Do you have a link for that landscape? 🙂
So serene and natural glorifying the beauty of nature! Made my day. Thanks Paula.
