Negative Space – a space that is not there or the space that you don’t like?
It can be either, but speaking in terms of photography it is a space that isolates the subject of a photo, or complements it, or draws attention to it. To see more examples of negative space in photography please see my guest’s post.
This is my interpretation of negative space.
